Daarom moet je dwangmatig dingen in orde, heel of volledig maken. De dwanghandelingen voelen meestal doelloos en zinloos. Not Just Right Feelings kun je ook ervaren als de OCD voor jou te maken heeft met je lichaam. Je lichaam zelf voelt niet in orde of je bent je steeds bewust van gewone processen in je lichaam waar je normaal gesproken niet bij stil staat, zoals slikken of ademen. Er kan van alles aan of in het lijf zijn dat niet goed voelt of waarvan je je overmatig bewust bent.
